Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations across Global HR, HRHD, Absences, Cloud Payroll, and Talent Management, among others. You will drive business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design, delivering robust Fast formulas and clear documentation.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with a preference for candidates holding Cloud Certification and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 implementation experiences as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong track record delivering Oracle HCM solutions including business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
• Ability to write Fast formulas.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of AIM/OUM processes and documentation.
• Cloud Certification preferred.
• Senior profiles with 8+ years should have 4–5 cloud projects implemented.
• End-to-end implementation experience for Global HR, HRHD and Absences, Cloud Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Compensation and Benefits, ORC and OLC, Taleo Recruit and Onboarding with TCC.

Job description

HCM Func:

Should have at least 2-3 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Should be able to write Fast formulas

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

Cloud Certification if preferred

Senior profiles with more than 8+ years experience should have 4-5 cloud

projects implementation.

Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules:

Global HR, HRHD and Absences

Cloud Payroll

Talent Management

Oracle Time and Labor

Oracle Compensation and Benefits

ORC and OLC

Taleo Recruit and Onboarding with TCC
