Job summary

ERPTREE Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules including Time & Labor, Recruiting Cloud, and Learning Management. The role requires strong hands-on experience and excellent communication with clients.

The candidate will perform requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and provide production support to ensure smooth HR processes for clients in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and time management processes.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules (OTL, ORC, Learning) per client requirements.
• Develop test plans, execute testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support and drive continuous improvements in HR processes.
