Job summary

Mantras2Success in India seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL + Payroll Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, testing, and support across time and labor and payroll modules.

You will gather requirements, configure time calculation rules, workflows, and payroll processing, coordinate with HCM and integrations, and drive SIT/UAT and post-production issue resolution. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with OTL configuration, time calculation rules, approvals, and payroll integration.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL + Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure OTL and Payroll modules based on business requirements.
• Handle payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, calculations, and related configurations.
• Configure and support Time Entry, Time Cards, Time Categories, Time Calculation Rules, Approval Workflows, and related OTL processes.
• Work on integration between OTL, Payroll, HCM, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customisations.
• Conduct SIT/UAT, support defect resolution, and provide post-production support.
• Analyse production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams throughout the implementation/support lifecycle.
