Job summary

QPact in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll, OTL and Absence Management. You will implement, configure, and support Fusion Cloud HCM modules and collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with system capabilities.

The role demands 8–10 years of hands-on experience, strong analytical and testing skills, and ability to troubleshoot issues and support integrations and data validation across payroll, time and attendance, and
