Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team in Bengaluru. The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules and delivering design solutions for client projects.

You will provide day-to-day application support, training, and guidance on best practices, working independently within a global customer base and remote environment.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud including Learn.
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills.
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community.
• Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.
• Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
• Assist in pre-sales activities via demos
• Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service
• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
• Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player

Job Description

We require a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.
