Version 1 is seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join its Managed Services team. You will design solutions, provide expert guidance, and support clients on Oracle HCM Cloud, including ORC/OTL and Fusion Core HR modules, while working remotely with global clients.

Strong documentation, English communication, and independent working capability are essential; Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• ITIL knowledge and HR processes understanding.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage.

We require a mid to senior level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.
• Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
• Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service
• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
• Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player
• In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL)
• Minimum 5 – 6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community
• Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability
• Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and other modules)
• ITIL process knowledge
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
