Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Absence Management, Payroll, OTBI, and Compensation.
• Hands‑on experience with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
• Technical exposure to Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, and HSDL.
• Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
• Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, and Benefits.
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End‑User Training sessions.
• Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL and drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders, providing best‑practice guidance.
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
• Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
• Design and write Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Element Eligibility.
• Build OTBI, BIP, and dashboard reports for Business HR and HR Ops teams.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships on the customer side.
• Deliver clear communication and presentations for both business and technical audiences.
• Apply strong project‑management skills and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
