Job summary

InfoBeans Inc. Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead, analyze, and deliver enterprise HR solutions.

You will guide requirements, design, configuration, and end-to-end implementations across Core HR, Absences, and ESS/MSS, ensuring successful delivery with stakeholders and technical teams. You will also write Fast Formulas, participate in design and testing cycles, and ensure documentation aligns with AIM and OUM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules.
• Minimum 4 implementation experiences as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.
• Experience writing and configuring Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of AIM and OUM implementation processes, phases, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
