Job summary

Elfonze Technologies seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM specialist to implement and support modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Benefits. You will design CRPs, SIT, UAT and end-user training while guiding data migration with HDL/PBL and building HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services, and OIC.

You will collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and scalable performance of batch jobs and dashboards for HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits).
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
• Manage data migration using HDL/PBL.
• Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
• Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
• Design and write Fast Formulas for payroll/absences/benefits/compensation.
• Build OTBI, BIP and dashboard reports for HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules across customer environments.
• Lead workshops and testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and train end users.
• Drive data migration activities and HDL/PBL usage with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits.
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
• Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
• Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
• Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility).
• Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
