Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Experience with Core HR, Security, Absence, Talent Management, Helpdesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support including issue analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Support SR, change, and release management with documentation.
• Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL.
• Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
• Work with Oracle Support on production issues, bugs, and patches.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and security policies.
• Resolve complex technical and functional issues independently, delivering scalable solutions.

Eligibility

• 4 to 6 years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue analysis and resolution and root cause analysis.
• Support SR, change, and release management with documentation.
• Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Security, Absence, Talent Management, Helpdesk.
• Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Personalization/Redwood, third‑party systems such as ADP and Oracle ERP.
• Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
• Work closely with Oracle Support on production issues, product bugs, and patches.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies (SOX), and best practices.
• Resolve complex technical and functional issues independently, applying sound judgment and a proactive approach to improving existing solutions and processes.
