Job summary

LTM is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM consultant in Bengaluru with extensive experience in ORC Recruitment Booster, Talent Management, and Learning modules. The role involves handling APIs, approval workflows, fast formulas, and end-to-end lifecycle processes within HCM.

You will conduct user trainings, lead functional reviews, and coordinate testing across DEV and SIT environments, ensuring data conversion accuracy and seamless integrations with downstream systems.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and related modules.
• Deep experience in ORC Recruitment Booster, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
• Strong background in API integrations, approval workflows, and fast formulas.
• Experience with end-to-end ORC lifecycle and TM lifecycle processes.
• Proficient in HDL data conversion and data validation.
• Experience coordinating testing, readiness reviews, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Review functional designs and configurations for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Fusion HCM applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases from business scenarios in DEV and SIT.
• Document and report test results and defects with clear traceability.
• Perform data conversion activities and validate data integrity.
• Coordinate integrations testing and impact analysis with downstream systems.
• Drive technical design sessions for integrations and end-to-end testing.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer for HCM modules.

• Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
• Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
