Job summary

Maneva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Oracle HCM consultant to implement and support Oracle Benefits, Recruiting Cloud, and Talent Management modules in client environments.

You will gather requirements, configure modules, and coordinate with the technical team on integrations and reports. Responsibilities include design of fast formulas for benefits and payroll integrations, SIT/UAT testing, production support, and driving end-to-end recruitment lifecycle configurations while facilitating

• Design and develop Fast Formulas for Benefits and Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Perform system configurations, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with technical team for integrations and reports
• Provide production support and resolve issues
• Implement and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Work on Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle configuration
• Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business users
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and deployments
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements
