Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced Oracle HCM OTBI/BI specialist. The role requires hands-on expertise with OTBI/Dashboard and BI, and involvement in implementation, support, rollout and upgrades to ensure smooth operation of HR analytics.

You will work with business teams to gather requirements, document specifications, and participate in quarterly patch testing and releases, delivering reliable analytics solutions and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Oracle HCM OTBI/BI experience.
• Experience in implementation, support, roll-out and upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and specs.
• Experience with quarterly patch testing and releases.

Role & responsibilities

Must Have:

• 4+Years of hands-on Experience in Oracle HCM cloud Technical OTBI/Dashboard, BI
• Hands on experience in Implementation, Support, Roll-out & upgrade project.
• This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
• Having a good skill in gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements, writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
• Experience on quarterly patch testing, release as part of product.

Good to Have:

Knowledge on any other Technical like HCM Extract, HDL
