Job summary

Winfo Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 implementation projects and will lead UK Payroll and OTL module configurations and enhancements.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customer business users/IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support).
• Expertise in UK Payroll and OTL modules.
• Excellent Fast Formula skills in Payroll (and OTL).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
