Job summary

Stalwarttechlabs is seeking an Oracle Fusion Payroll professional with hands-on experience in payroll configuration and processing in India. The role involves configuring payroll elements, earnings, and deductions, and supporting payroll runs with validations and reconciliations.

You will develop Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, manage BPM workflows, and ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESI, tax, and related components. Integration with Absence and Time & Labor is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas (payroll calculations).
• Understanding of BPM workflows in payroll.
• Knowledge of India payroll preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
