Job Description:

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Client's HCM solution. The HCM Consultant will provide product and implementation expertise. The Consultant will work with the client to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the solution. The Consultant will take direction and provide status to the Project Manager assigned to their project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.).
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including business process analysis, requirement gathering and solution design.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
• Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
• Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance processes.
• Possess technical experience such as data model of HCM schemas and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
• Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Have solid knowledge of functional HRMS processes and flows.
• Knowledge of Finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on the functional aspect.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Fusion Payroll, Core HR, Absences, Talent Modules, and OTL.
• Familiar with the implementation process and able to provide technical and functional end-user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.
