A leading IT services company in Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at the mid-senior level. Candidates should have strong client interaction experience, expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and a minimum of three end-to-end implementations. This full-time role requires excellent documentation skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to travel for work.

Qualifications

• Minimum three end-to-end implementations as a Functional HCM professional.
• Expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion HCM modules in a functional capacity.
• Industry experience in relevant functional areas would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Must have direct client interaction experience.
• Should have handled teams/projects independently.
• Implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll module would be an added advantage.
• Implementation experience of 2-3 Modules, with experience on integrations.
• Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own.
• Not a Business User or Support Team User.
• Exposure to technical areas (SQL, PL/SQL, Java, etc.) would be an added advantage.
• Implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll module) with experience in Compensation & Benefits would be added advantage.
• Skills in implementation in multi geographies would be an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation / reporting writing skills.
• Positive attitude and open to learn.
• Ready to travel.
• Industry experience in relevant functional areas of having handled key business processes over and above Oracle Fusion HCM experience would be an added advantage.
• Should have Problem solving abilities.
