Persistent is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong HCM background. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Fusion HCM modules, managing integrations, and ensuring data flow across systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining OTBI reports, BI Publisher, and HCM extracts.
• Experience configuring and customizing HCM workflows (BPM).
• Experience integrating Fusion HCM with third-party systems and managing data transformation/mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts.
• Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios.

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with HCM background who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The role involves working closely with functional teams, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Development
• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts
• Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios
• Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Develop and support integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Experience in modules as Fusion HCM, Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent Management
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Middleware
• Handle inbound/outbound interfaces between:
• Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banking, etc.)
• Manage data transformation and mapping
