Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant with 1+ year of experience across Global HR, Payroll, and Security modules. You will work on DFF/Fusion Fast Formula, Fusion Co-Existence, and BI/OTBI reporting.

The role involves development, configuration, validation, and deployment tasks as part of client delivery. You will contribute to proposals, plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and prepare effort estimates aligned with budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules with Payroll and Security.
• Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence.
• Experience in BI/OTBI reports.
• Experience in development, configuration, validation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll tables.

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose client issues and design innovative solutions for deployment and client satisfaction.
• Develop a proposal by contributing inputs to solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product per design, and conduct conference room pilots.
• Prepare effort estimates that fit customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with high-quality solutions.
• Assist clients in navigating digital transformation journeys.

Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Profile Management, Recruiting, ELM, Security – in this case since requirement is for Payroll, experience in Payroll and Security is a must
• Should have Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula.
• Should be aware of Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence and working on the same.
• Must have experience in BI/OTBI Reports
• Must be experienced in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Should have high level familiarity of Oracle Fusion HCM /Payroll tables

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
