Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM specialist with 1+ year experience focused on Payroll and Security. You will work on configuration, reporting using BI/OTBI, and ensure co-existence with Fusion HCM modules. You will participate in solution design, demonstrsations and deployment within client environments.

The role involves proposing design inputs, planning configuration activities and leading small projects to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Payroll and Security.
• Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula.
• Experience with BI/OTBI Reports.
• Familiar with Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll tables.

Responsibilities

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problems and design solutions.
• Develop proposals and contribute input on solution design based on expertise.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product per design.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates.

• Must have experience in BI/OTBI Reports
• Must be experienced in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
