Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking an HCM Cloud Payroll specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience across payroll processes. You will work on US/UK/Canada payroll requirements and be conversant with Element Entries, Calculation Cards, retro processing, and related tasks.

You will contribute to proposal design, plan configuration activities, perform payroll validation and reconciliation, and support third-party payments. This role involves leading small projects and driving client value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud payroll experience.
• Experience in US/UK/Canada/MEA payroll processes and regulations.
• Familiar with Element Entries, Calculation Cards, Retro Processing, Calculate, Validate and Balance Payroll.
• Ability to execute payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, retroactive pay and third‑party payments.
• Maintain compliance with legislative rules, LDGs and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design solutions to cloud payroll challenges.
• Contribute to proposal documents and provide inputs on solution design.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product per design.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates.

Job description

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Cloud Payroll across areas defined below:
• Experience in any of US/ UK/ Canada/Middle East Payroll business process and regulatory requirements.
• Should be conversant with Element Entries, Calculation Cards, Retro Processing, Calculate, Validate and Balance Payroll.
• Should be able to execute and support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, retroactive pay, prepayments, QuickPay, Costing, and third-party payments.
• Should be able to process Payroll Corrections- Rollback/ Reversals.
• Maintain compliance with legislative rules, LDGs, tax requirements, payroll workflow configurations

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
