Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle Time and Labor specialist to implement HCM Cloud OT&L modules and time-related processes, ensuring accurate time data, configuration, and payroll integration for clients.

You will work with Time Repositories, Time Entries, and pay rules, participate in workshops, demos, and solution design, contributing to client delight through structured deployments and efficient time management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Oracle Time and Labor.
• Understanding of Time Repository, Time Consumers, Time Categories, Time Attributes.
• Experience with OTL integration to Payroll and Absence management.

Responsibilities

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and contribute inputs in solution design.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product per design, conduct conference room pilots, and resolve queries.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with budgets.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives with high-quality value adding solutions.
• Fit into the team to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Oracle Time and Labor module and benefits across areas defined below.
• Should have understanding of Time Repository, Time Consumers, Time Categories, Time Attributes, Time Entry Profiles and Time Entry Layouts
• Time Calculation rule types: Time rules, Timecard Field rules, Timecard Summary rules
• Overtime rules, shift differentials, rounding, holiday/premium pay
• Understanding of integration of OTL with Payroll, Absence including accruals, timecard validations, costing, and flow execution.
• Critical Reports, Integrations
