Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant (Oracle Time and Labor & Benefits) in Bengaluru. You will engage in hands-on configuration of the OTL module, focusing on time and labor processes, approvals, and payroll interfaces.

As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will diagnose issues, design innovative solutions, and contribute to deployment with client delight. You will also help prepare solution designs and demos, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Oracle Time and Labor module and benefits.
• Understanding of Time Repository, Time Consumers, Time Categories, Time Attributes, Time Entry Profiles and Time Entry Layouts.
• Time calculation rule types: Time rules, Timecard Field rules, Timecard Summary rules.
• Understanding of integration of OTL with Payroll and Absence including accruals, timecard validations, costing, and flow execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and design for Oracle Time and Labor implementation within Infosys engagements.
• Develop proposals by contributing to solution design based on expertise areas.
• Plan configuration activities, perform product configuration as per design, and conduct workshops.
• Demonstrate solutions and assist in addressing customer requirements and queries.

Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant (Oracle Time and Labor & Benefits)

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Oracle Time and Labor module and benefits across areas defined below.


• Should have understanding of Time Repository, Time Consumers, Time Categories, Time Attributes, Time Entry Profiles and Time Entry Layouts


• Time Calculation rule types: Time rules, Timecard Field rules, Timecard Summary rules


• Overtime rules, shift differentials, rounding, holiday/premium pay


• Approval flows: Timecard approval configuration, approval hierarchies


• Understanding of integration of OTL with Payroll, Absence including accruals, timecard validations, costing, and flow execution.


• Critical Reports, Integrations

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.


• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.


• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.


• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.


• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
