Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant (Payroll) with 2+ years of hands-on Cloud Payroll experience. You will work across US/UK/Canada/Middle East payroll scenarios, handling Element Entries, Calculation Cards, and retro processing, while ensuring accurate processing, validation, reconciliation and compliance.

You will plan configuration activities, perform product configurations per design, conduct pilots, and assist in requirements clarification and solution design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Cloud Payroll across areas defined below.
• Should be conversant with Element Entries, Calculation Cards, Retro Processing, Calculate, Validate and Balance Payroll.
• Should be able to execute and support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, retroactive pay, prepayments, QuickPay, Costing, and third-party payments.
• Should be able to process Payroll Corrections- Rollback/ Reversals.
• Maintain compliance with legislative rules, LDGs, tax requirements, payroll workflow configurations

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues, design solutions and facilitate deployment for client satisfaction.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and contributing inputs in solution design.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product as per the design; conduct conference room pilots and resolve queries on requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with focus on high-quality value delivery.
