Job summary

Zensar in Hyderabad is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant with 4+ years of experience, preferably handling India and US payroll rules. You will participate in requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover and production support.

You will help design solutions, write functional specs and test cases, and integrate payroll with Absences and GL costings. Strong documentation and analytical skills are required to drive successful Cloud Payroll deployments.

Qualifications

• Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
• Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
• Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
• Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
• Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
• Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Cutover activities.
• Design functional solutions and prepare detailed specification documents.
• Prepare test cases and perform functional testing for Payroll modules.
• Support integration of payroll with Absences and GL/PPM modules.
• Conduct workshops and guide client through enhanced Cloud Payroll solutions.

• Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
