Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Payroll professional to join our consulting team.

You will work on payroll configurations for US/UK/Canada and Middle East regions, handle calculations, retro processing, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality client solutions.

This role offers exposure to digital transformation initiatives and opportunities to lead small projects within Enterprise Package Application Services.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Cloud Payroll across areas defined below.
• Experience in any of US/ UK/ Canada/Middle East Payroll business process and regulatory requirements.
• Should be conversant with Element Entries, Calculation Cards, Retro Processing, Calculate, Validate and Balance Payroll.
• Should be able to execute and support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, retroactive pay, prepayments, QuickPay, Costing, and third-party payments.
• Should be able to process Payroll Corrections- Rollback/ Reversals.
• Maintain compliance with legislative rules, LDGs, tax requirements, payroll workflow configurations

• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
