Infosys seeks Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultants with 1+ year IT experience in PeopleSoft HCM. You will handle impact analysis, configuration, development, testing and production rollout across a global delivery model in a full SDLC and Agile setup.

You will contribute to proposal design, plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, prepare estimates, demonstrations and ensure high-quality solutions for client digital transformation journeys.

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultants 1+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical At least experience of 1 project in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout. Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc. Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
