Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Payroll professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in India payroll legislations, element setup, fast formulas, and payroll interfaces. Remote/hybrid work is available PAN India.

The candidate should be proficient in patches, upgrades, and back-end integrations with HRMS and Finance modules, and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Solid techno-functional background in Oracle HRMS/Payroll (India Legislation preferable) with hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle payroll configurations (India legislation) including element setup, input values, fast formula, balance and costing setups.
• Handle payroll patches and version upgrades for Oracle Payroll.
• Support Oracle payroll operations and perform integrations (HRMS to Payroll, Payroll to Finance).

• Implementation experience of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Managing Oracle payroll Patches and Version upgrades (India Legislation Preferable)
• Ability to work on support activities of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Experience of interfaces between applications (Oracle Payroll to Others
