Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior Oracle EBS Payroll specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience, capable of handling India-legislation payroll configurations and patches. The role supports PAN India with remote/hybrid work. CTC is market-based and open for discussion.

Responsibilities include element and fast formula setup, payroll run and costing, and integration between HRMS, Payroll, and Finance modules, with strong emphasis on India payroll rules.

Qualifications

• Solid techno-functional background in Oracle HRMS/Payroll (India Legislation preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll and India legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform element setup, input value setup, fast formula setup, balance setup, arrear and costing setup in Oracle Payroll (India legislation preferred).
• Lead implementation and patching activities for Oracle Payroll across environments.
• Provide support for Oracle Payroll, including interfaces to other modules.
• Manage interfaces between HRMS, Payroll, and Finance modules.
• Utilize WEBADI, Hooks, AME setup; perform form personalization and customization.
