Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in New Delhi requires an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with 7-12 years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

You will configure payroll elements, earnings and deductions, develop and support Fast Formula, PL/SQL, reports and interfaces, and ensure payroll processing, period-end activities, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, benefits plans, and eligibility profiles.
• Develop and support Fast Formula, Payroll APIs, PL/SQL packages, reports, and interfaces.
• Work on payroll processing, payroll balances, period-end activities, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, benefits plans, and eligibility profiles.
• Develop and support Fast Formula, Payroll APIs, PL/SQL packages, reports, and interfaces.
• Work on payroll processing, payroll balances, period-end activities, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Design and support inbound/outbound integrations with third-party payroll and HR systems.
• Create MD50, MD70, functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
