• 7–10 years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations involving Payroll and Absence Management.
• Hands-on payroll setup, processing, validations and reporting.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design and production support.
• Middle East payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gratuity, Leave Salary and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR. Candidates with Middle East payroll experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and functional discussions with business users.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR modules.
• Perform payroll setup, payroll processing, validations and payroll support activities.
• Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
• Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces and integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and absence requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience.

• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design and production support.

Fast Formula Experience

• Hands-on experience in Payroll, Accrual, Eligibility and Validation Fast Formulas.
• Ability to develop, modify and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and User Tables.

Preferred Skills

• Middle East Payroll experience (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).
• Knowledge of Gratuity, Leave Salary, End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and regional labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
• Oracle HRMS certification is an added advantage.
