Winfo Solutions in India is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Functional Consultant with 7-10 years of experience. The role focuses on Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR, with preference for candidates having Middle East payroll exposure. Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations involving Payroll and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with payroll setup, balances, costing and reporting.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design and production support.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll, Accrual, Eligibility and Validation Fast Formulas.
• Ability to develop, modify and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and User Tables.
• Middle East Payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Gratuity, Leave Salary, EOSB and regional labor laws.

• Knowledge of Gratuity, Leave Salary, End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and regional labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
• Oracle HRMS certification is an added advantage.
