Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior Oracle EBS OTL consultant to configure and maintain OTL components across PAN India assignments. You will design integrations with Core HR, Payroll, and Projects, and ensure compliance with global payroll requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with EBS OTL preferences, assignment rules, and ITIL-based service processes, along with onsite-offshore delivery exposure and a strong focus on reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS OTL and related components.
• Experience configuring OTL preferences and assignment rules.
• Hands-on design of integrations between EBS OTL, Core HR, Payroll, Projects and third parties.
• Exposure to global payroll and labor compliance requirements.

• Configure and maintain EBS OTL preferences, earning policies, and assignment rules.
• Design and support integrations between EBS OTL, Core HR, Payroll, Projects, and third-party systems.
• Exposure to global payroll and labor compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects Costing and Labor Distribution.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• ITIL support process experience.
