Job summary

Kairos Technologies is seeking an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with 8+ years of experience to contribute to technical development, design, and support for our ERP projects. The role emphasizes HRMS, Payroll, and strong expertise in Oracle Reports and BI Publisher, along with interfaces and OAF components.

The candidate should be proficient in scripting and be able to define technical solutions for complex ERP environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams across PAN India.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical consulting.
• Experience defining technical solutions design for ERP systems and applications.
• Provide technical support for escalated issues/incidents.
• Hands-on experience in HRMS and Payroll modules.
• Experience with Oracle Reports and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical development tasks in the ERP platform.
• Define technical solutions and designs for in-scope systems.
• Provide technical support for escalated issues/incidents.
• Work on interfaces and Oracle AOL components as required.
• Hands-on work with scripting (Shell, Python, Perl).
