Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS OTL Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor, HRMS OTL, and related modules across multiple Indian cities.

The role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with local labor laws and business processes. It also includes creating training materials and supporting post‑go‑live activities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as an Oracle EBS OTL Functional Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS OTL, Oracle Time and Labor, and Oracle HRMS OTL.
• Experience with end‑to‑end implementation and payroll integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of local HR and labor regulations across India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS OTL modules across multiple locations.
• Configure and customize Time and Labor, HRMS OTL, Projects Costing, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Create functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EBS OTL modules for clients across multiple locations.
• Configure and customize Oracle Time and Labor, HRMS OTL, Projects Costing, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop functional design documents, test plans, and user training materials.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience as an Oracle EBS OTL Functional Consultant.
• In‑depth knowledge of Oracle EBS OTL, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle HRMS OTL, Oracle Projects Costing, Labor Distribution, Oracle Payroll Integration, and Oracle Core HR.
• Proven experience in OTL configuration, integration with payroll, and end‑to‑end implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients across multiple Indian cities and understanding of local HR and labor regulations.
