Job summary

Clover Infotech in Pune seeks a senior Oracle EBS HRMS functional consultant with 10+ years of domain experience. You will drive core HR, absence management, payroll, and OTL implementations, and collaborate on DateTrack, FastFormula, and cross-module integrations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering end-to-end HRMS solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS functional experience.
• Strong hands-on in Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll and OTL.
• Experience in 2-3 end-to-end HRMS implementations or major rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS configuration and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Balances, Element Links, and FastFormula.
• Strong understanding of DateTrack/effective dating.
• Experience preparing functional specifications.
• Experience working with tech teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, APIs, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
• Drive end-to-end HRMS processes, design, and configuration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on interfaces, reports, conversions, APIs, and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants; manage stakeholder expectations.

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS functional experience.

  • Oracle Absence Management
  • Oracle Payroll
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.
• Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementation or major rollout.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS configuration and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Balances, Element Links, and FastFormula.
• Strong understanding of Absence Accrual Plans and eligibility.
• Strong OTL and Payroll integration knowledge.
• Strong understanding of DateTrack/effective dating.
• Experience preparing functional specifications.
• Experience working with technical teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, APIs, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
