Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll professional to support India payroll processes across PAN India. The role requires hands-on expertise in element setup, fast formulas, costing, and interfaces to Finance.

Ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience with Oracle HRMS/Payroll, India legislation, and strong PL/SQL skills. Remote/hybrid work mode, with market-aligned CTC to be discussed during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Solid techno-functional background in Oracle HRMS/Payroll (India legislation preferable)
• Experience with Oracle Payroll implementation and India-specific compliance
• Experience with payroll interfaces between HRMS and Finance
• Knowledge of Fast Formula, element setup, and costing integration
• Experience with patches, upgrades, and back-end API exposure

Responsibilities

• Handle Oracle EBS Payroll configuration and India-specific setups
• Support and implement payroll patches and version upgrades
• Manage interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other modules
• Perform security/profile and data maintenance for payroll
• Provide technical and functional guidance for payroll processes

• Element Setup/Input value Setup/Fast formula Setup/Balance setup/Arrear Setup/Costing setup in oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Implementation experience of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Managing Oracle payroll Patches and Version upgrades (India Legislation Preferable)
• Ability to work on support activities of oracle payroll (India Legislation Preferable)
• Experience of interfaces between applications (Oracle Payroll to Others

Qualification
