Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks an Oracle EBS R12 Payroll techno-functional resource with strong communication skills to implement, configure, and support HRMS and Payroll modules for US or UK. You will build and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces between Oracle Payroll and third-party vendors and banking systems.

Knowledge of AOL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces/APIs and fast formulas is essential; OIC familiarity is preferred and migrating EBS to Fusion HCM is a nice-to-have

Qualifications

• Oracle EBS R12 Payroll techno-functional resource with good communication skills.
• Experience implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll for US or UK.
• Experience building and supporting inbound/outbound interfaces connecting Oracle Payroll with third-party vendors, benefits providers, and banking systems.
• Good knowledge of AOL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interface/API, and fast formulas.
• Knowledge of OIC is preferred.
• Nice to have exposure migrating EBS to Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules for US or UK.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle Payroll and external systems (vendors, banks).
• Utilize AOL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces/APIs and fast formulas in payroll processes.
• Explore OIC integration possibilities; assist with EBS to Fusion HCM migration where applicable.
