Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Payroll and Oracle Fusion Payroll to lead migration efforts.

You will handle payroll setup, configuration, fast formulas, and end-to-end payroll cycles, including retroactive processing, costing, and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with statutory rules and HR integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Payroll and Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Experience migrating from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration and fast formulas.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure payroll setups and elements.
• Manage migration from E-Business to Fusion Payroll.
• Handle end-to-end payroll cycles including retroactive processing and costing.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations and compliance with statutory rules.

Oracle E Business Payroll

Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll

Migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.

Payroll Functional Expertise:

• Payroll Setup & Configuration

• Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.

• Payroll Process Execution

• Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation.

• Understanding of statutory rules.

• Core HR and Payroll Integration

Designing or validating Payroll Fast Formulas for:

• Earnings and deductions

• Eligibility rules

• Absence calculations

• Build and test formulas.

Payroll Operations & Support

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll cycles, including:

• Retroactive processing, Payroll costing, Element entry management
