Neev seeks a Senior Technical Consultant for Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll to define technical designs, lead custom developments, and manage complex interfaces across the HRMS domain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of core Oracle EBS development experience.
• Hands-on Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Fast Formulas, Absence Management) and Payroll expertise.
• Proficient with RDF/BI Publisher reports, RDF and interfaces.
• Strong scripting (UNIX shell, Python, or Perl) for automation.
• Experience with OAF, Workflows, Form Personalizations, and AOL.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into Technical Solution Design documents following Oracle best practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant specializing in HRMS and Payroll modules to join our ERP technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining technical solution designs, leading complex custom developments, and handling escalated technical incidents across the Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of core hands-on technical development experience in building robust interfaces, reports, OAF extensions, workflows, and custom logic tailored to HRMS and Payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Translate functional business requirements into high-level and detailed Technical Solution Design (TSD) documents adhering to Oracle best practices.
• Core Technical Development: Design, build, test, and deploy RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows) components for Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules.
• Escalation Support: Provide Level 3 technical analysis, debugging, and resolution for critical production incidents, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integration Management: Develop inbound and outbound interfaces to connect Oracle HRMS/Payroll with third-party systems (such as time/attendance, benefit vendors, banking platforms, and legacy systems).
• System Maintenance & Automation: Write robust OS-level scripts to automate data feeds, batch jobs, and backend admin tasks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and System Administrators to ensure seamless solution delivery during rollout, patching, and upgrade projects.

Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory Experience

• Total Experience: Minimum 6+ years of core technical development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Domain Focus: Strong hands-on technical experience specific to Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Fast Formulas, Absence Management) and Oracle Payroll (Payroll Runs, Pre-payments, Payslip/Reports, Element Entries).

Core Technical Skill Set

• Oracle Reports & BI Publisher: Extensive experience developing and customizing standard/custom RDF reports and XML/BI Publisher reports.
• Oracle Workflows: Advanced hands-on skills in creating and extending workflow processes using Oracle Workflow Builder.
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF): Proven experience in OAF extensions, customizations, and controller/AM overrides.
• Form Personalizations & Customization: Proficient in implementing complex Form Personalizations and writing business logic inside CUSTOM.pll.
• Oracle Application Object Library (AOL): Deep knowledge of Concurrent Programs, Executables, Value Sets, Menus, Responsibilities, Profile Options, and Request Groups.
• Scripting: Hands-on experience with UNIX Shell Scripting, Python, or Perl for system automation and file manipulation.
• Database & Tools: Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, Package development, Performance Tuning, and SQL*Loader.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fast Formula writing and modifications within Oracle Payroll.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, or cloud integration touchpoints.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
