Job summary

Proso AI, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in EBS HRMS R12 to implement and support HR modules.

You will work on RICEW components, develop SQL/PLSQL, Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher, and collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and RICEW experience.
• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and BI Publisher.
• Good understanding of Oracle HRMS technical architecture, tables, and APIs.
• Knowledge of HRMS processes such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence, or OTL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12.
• Work on RICEW components - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Work with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, tables, concurrent programs, workflows, flexfields, and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into technical/techno-functional solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.
• Support integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in EBS enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

We are looking for Oracle EBS HRMS Technical / Techno-Functional Consultants with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Oracle EBS HRMS along with a good understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12.

• Work with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, tables, concurrent programs, workflows, flexfields, and interfaces.

• Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.
• Support integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot production issues.
