Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll expert to lead end-to-end implementations and ongoing support. You will gather requirements, configure Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Security, and design Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL migrations, and reports with OTBI and BI Publisher.

Lead global stakeholder collaboration, drive data migrations, and oversee delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations.
• Lead end-to-end payroll projects and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders globally.
• Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts; build integrations via OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, and file-based methods.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Structures, and Security.
• Design and develop complex Fast Formulas, Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows.
• Lead payroll processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and post-payroll activities.
• Develop and support HDL/HSDL conversions and mass data migrations.
• Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and File-Based Integrations.
• Perform solution architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams.
