Job summary

De Novo Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Principal Consultant (Core HCM) to lead end-to-end HR processes and design scalable Oracle HCM solutions. You will own core HR workstreams, guide cross-functional teams, and drive large-scale programmes across multiple countries and complex public sector projects.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic implementations, including data migration

Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Core HCM Implementation specialist (obtained or willing to work towards).
• Experience with end-to-end HR processes in Oracle HCM is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Core HR workstream on high-impact Oracle HCM programmes, owning outcomes.
• Deliver across a diverse portfolio of programmes, including large-scale multi-country rollouts and complex UK public sector projects.
• Build depth in solution design and cross-module impacts, developing breadth for Solution Architecture progression.
• Drive global vs local design decisions, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
• Lead client workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide functional guidance to data migration strategy and execution (mapping, validation, reconciliation, defect resolution).
• Support integration workstream, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity.
• Act as trusted advisor during SIT and UAT, supporting defect triage and cutover planning.
• Provide post-UAT and hyper care support, identifying risks and ensuring smooth transitions to steady-state operations.
• Operate in a startup consulting environment with ownership, pragmatism, and pace.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery standards and accelerators as the practice scales.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution input and client discussions.
