Job summary

De Novo Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant to design and implement core HR solutions for customers in the UK and beyond. The role blends functional HR knowledge with technical implementation skills to deliver robust cloud-based HCM solutions.

You will work closely with UK teams, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and drive configuration, testing and deployment activities across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and extensions.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution components such as fast formulae, workflows and reports for HCM modules.
• Prepare and support workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
• Deliver workstream-specific requirements, configurations, setup, support testing and deployment activities.
• Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, functional documentation or user guides.
• Work with the sales team during the pre-sales engagement process and provide estimates for a range of technical work.
• Participate in the development of proof of concepts for use during sales engagement process.
• Adhere to documented development standards and implementation of “best practice” development methods.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.

Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR), designing and implementing solutions to meet the client’s business requirements, both for implementation projects and in support of our managed services clients. This role involves working closely with UK teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

You will:

• Design and develop solution components such as fast formulae, workflows and reports for HCM modules.
• Prepare and support workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.

Qualifications
