Job summary

De Novo Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver HCM Cloud implementations across Core HR and related modules in India.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery within schedule and quality standards, with focus on change management, governance, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
• PMP or PRINCE2.
• Agile/Scrum certification (optional but beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from initiation to closure.
• Develop SOW, project plans, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
• Define scope and manage change requests using structured methodology.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, and maintain project documentation.
• Track project financials and ensure cost‑effective resource utilization.
• Forecast resource needs and coordinate staffing with HR/PMO.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality deliverables through test planning, defect resolution, and UAT coordination.
• Drive cutover readiness and post‑go-live stabilization activities.
• Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, and QA teams.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors to support and manage integration activities.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle HCM best practices.
