Infosys seeks an experienced HCM Cloud professional to work within the consulting team. The role focuses on diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative HCM solutions, and deploying them to achieve client delight.

You will contribute to proposals, solution design and prototype demonstrations while maintaining alignment with budgets and guidelines. Key responsibilities include configuring the HCM Cloud modules, conducting POCs, and leading small projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience with cloud technical skills such as Extracts, Fast Formula and Integrations in Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules.
• Experience with Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas related to Earnings, Deductions, Element skip rules for implementation or troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with Extracts - Payroll interface, Full profile, Changes only extracts.
• Security: role-based access and data security policies.
• Fast Formula used in calculations.

Roles Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical Requirement
