Job summary

Spects World in India is seeking an experienced optometrist to guide customers on frames, lenses and contact lenses; lead a store team and drive sales.

The role requires testing eyesight, prescribing lenses, managing operations and meeting targets in a retail optical outlet. Experience in sales and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as optometrist and 1 year as store manager.
• Good knowledge about contact lenses and how to wear them.
• Prior sales experience to guide customers with frames and glasses.
• Conduct comprehensive eye tests (subjective & objective) for patients.
• Explain frames, lenses & contact lenses to match customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and increase revenue.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 6. Troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from our Optical Outlet.
• 7. Professionally Increase revenue and sales
