Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
• Prescribe correct vision prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings based on lifestyle, prescription, and aesthetic preferences.
• Educate patients on premium lens technology (e.g., progressive lenses, anti-reflective coatings, blue-light filters).
• Evaluate and fit various types of contact lenses, providing clear insertion and care instructions.
• Maintain detailed, patient records and manage diagnostic equipment.
• Take accurate facial measurements (pupillary distance, segment height) for precise lens fitting.
• Drive store sales targets by upselling and recommending complete vision solutions.
• Dispense, adjust, repair, and fit eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and alignment for the customer.
• Troubleshoot and find root cause in case of customer issues and complaints.
• Process customer orders, manage billing.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical testing areas and retail floor displays.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve product complaints, and manage post-purchase follow-ups.
• Monitor optical inventory levels and assist with product restocking and stock counts.
