Job summary

Lenskart is seeking an Optometrist to deliver expert eye-checks, dispensing and diagnosis while actively engaging in product sales. The role emphasizes customer experience and adherence to SOPs for stock and service quality.

You will work in a fast-growing eyewear environment, leveraging technical skills and customer insight to suggest solutions, build relationships, and drive sales at point of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification required is Diploma in Optometry.
• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with customers.
• Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions.
• Clear communication and active listening skills.
• Adaptable to changing environment with openness to learn; proactive task ownership and customer orientation; ability to multitask and prioritize.
