Optical Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day optical sales and customer service activities while assisting customers with frames, lenses, contact lenses, and other optical products. The includes understanding customer requirements, coordinating with optometrists and optical laboratories, preparing quotations and orders, maintaining inventory and sales records, handling customer queries, and ensuring a professional and efficient optical store experience.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and optical accessories.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Explain approved product features, pricing, and available options.
• Coordinate with optometrists regarding prescriptions and customer requirements.
• Prepare and process optical orders accurately.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with optical laboratories and suppliers for order fulfillment.
• Follow up on pending spectacle, lens, and optical product orders.
• Monitor stock levels of frames, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories.
• Assist with physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, and inventory records.
• Handle customer complaints, repairs, exchanges, and service requests.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of completed optical orders.
• Support product display, store presentation, and merchandising activities.
• Assist with billing and payment-related activities as assigned.
• Monitor pending orders and communicate status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing or sales team for promotional activities.
• Maintain customer information and transaction records confidentially.
